Stamping
Alzuaran is highly proficient in the use of stamping technology and makes parts for different sectors including design and manufacture of dies, elastic steel embossing and low carbon materials. The company has an extensive set of machinery with presses up to 315 t and automatic feed, enabling us to manufacture a wide range of parts.
Shaping
Shaping technology is fundamental to the company and we continuously invest in machinery. We shape a vast range of products, both in terms of materials (carbon steel, low-carbon, stainless, brass and copper) as well as thicknesses and dimensions. Our tooling and assembly design is also a competitive advantage recognised by the market.
Rolling
We carry out wire rolling using internally-develop specialist machinery. We have the widest range of rings on the market (ranging from 40 mm diameter up to 500 mm), manufactured using numerically controlled machines to produces the most complex parts possible.
Laser welding
Alzuaran has integrated YAG laser welding —a distinctive and high-value process — into its manufacturing capabilities. This non-contact welding technique has many advantages compared with conventional welding methods, including:
- No wear (non-contact).
- Enables welding of different materials with different thicknesses.
- Can be automated easily.
- High level of flexibility in process and geometry.
- High welding speed.
- Highly resistant and aesthetic weld seams.
- Low heat impact on the material.
- High accuracy with maximum flexibility.
Heat treatment
Alzuaran is a leader in heat treatment and provides its clients with an integral and quality service which is completely tailored to their needs. Heat-treatment with salts results in a quality bainite hardening and a high level of resilience in the parts we manufacture. We also have another two heat treatment lines. This process is the most demanding part of the value chain.
